Return Policy

We accept returns on full price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made within 7 days after delivery. Items purchased at a 30% or more discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. Return request by email falecom@adoatelier.com.

Shipping, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging, with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging.

Adô reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.

Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.

Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization. It will not be processed.
