PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY
Adô products are produced using carefully selected raw materials in order to guarantee quality and durability. Even so, care is needed to keep your product in good conditions.
•Take care that there is no continuous friction with
clothes, jeans or other colored products. Constant friction can produce stains
that are difficult to remove.
•To clean, use leather cleaners and leather revitalizers
periodically, and blot using a soft, white cloth.
•Leather items should not be washed.
•Stains made by ballpoint pens will not disappear.
•Do not use inappropriate chemicals or organics.
The analysis of the product by the Customer Service Department may take up to 15 days, and after this period the company may decide to repair, exchange, or simply reship the item if the warranty does not apply.
After the warranty period, the Adô team is committed to offer support to its customers, and try to solve requests for replacement parts and repairs. These may be charged, and the budget made after diagnosis will be sent to the customer for his approval.
RAW MATERIALS
LEATHER
Leather is a raw material of animal origin, noble and resistant. Therefore,
each product is unique and contains particular characteristics such as marks,
veins, and color variations that are typical of this material or that may
occur as a result of its use. It is a material that can present natural wear
and tear throughout its use. This is not considered a manufacturing defect. To
prolong the product's useful life, we suggest the above-mentioned precautions.
IRONWARE
The application of metals in Adô products take place through a
semi-industrial, handcrafted process. Therefore, the use of these pieces
requires special care to avoid falls, friction, and forces capable of
loosening their components.
WARRANTY
Adô guarantees that during the use of its products the clients will have maximum functionality, comfort, and safety. All products of the brand are certified by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, eventual defects or vices that may exist in the products after their purchase and before their use.
If any defect is identified, the first step is to contact our Customer Service via email falecom@adoatelier.com. Through this channel, our team will send guidelines regarding the evaluation process by our Technical Assistance. The warranty is valid for products without any signs of misuse, washing, stains or alterations, packed in their original packaging with the invoice and tag. The analysis of the product by the responsible sector can take up to 15 days, and after this period the company may decide to repair, exchange or simply reship the part in case the warranty does not apply. If it is verified that the defect is within the conditions covered by the warranty, the problem will be solved within 30 days after receiving the part at the Galpão Adô (Adô Shed).
